Soundset ’09 announced!
Last year, Rhymesayers brought the biggest outdoor Hip Hop festival in history to Minneapolis on Memorial Weekend at the Metrodome. The event filled the outdoor parking lot with over 14,000 people, multiple stages, a custom low rider car show, b-boy battles, skate demos and over 35 artists performing bringing over nine hours of live music. Four months from today, Rhymesayers will bring the second annual Soundset festival back to Minnesota!
That’s right, it’s official, Rhymesayers and Rose Presents announce Soundset 2009 on Sunday, May 24, 2009 at Canterbury Park in Shakopee, MN. Due to a home Twins game, the weekend of our event, we have decided to move to a new location for this year to keep in tradition with Memorial weekend festival.
We are currently preparing the final lineup for this year and will have an announcement soon including: who will be performing, ticket information, VIP packages, after party fun and much more.
